Our dispatch fee is a transparent percentage of each load's gross revenue — typically 5–8% depending on equipment type and volume. No monthly minimums, no setup fees. You only pay when you haul.
Do I have to take every load you find?
Never. HaulNex operates with a no-forced-dispatch policy. You review and approve every load before we book it. Your truck, your decision.
What equipment types do you dispatch?
We dispatch dry van, reefer, flatbed, hotshot, box truck, and power only. Each equipment type has a specialized dispatcher with deep lane knowledge.
How quickly can I get started?
Most carriers are onboarded within 24 hours of submitting MC authority, insurance, and W-9. We can often book your first load the same week.
Who receives payment from brokers?
You do. Payment goes directly to your factoring company or business account. HaulNex invoices only our dispatch fee — we never touch your freight revenue.
Do you work with new authorities?
